This ceramicsteel marker surface by Alliance, creates a threefold improvement in contrast sensitivity and visual acuity to the human eye. Reduced surface light distortion and enhanced visibility provide optimum eye comfort. Pens write on and erase with a dry cloth, tissue or conventional eraser. Prices included L-Clips, Rawl Plugs and Screws. A precisely balanced porcelain enamel ground coat is applied to both sides of steel for a uniform, fused surface. The first furnace fuses ground coat enamel into a heat softened 28 gauge steel at approximately 1450 degrees Fahrenheit. The Color Fusion ceramic top coat is applied providing desired color and fade resistant characteristics. The second firing furnace ruses a coat enamel to the ground coat enamel. The lifetime porcelain is bonded with waterproof resin glue to MDF core with aluminum back. The maker system panel is 1/2". Choose from Silver Screen Gray or Standard White.
